there was an app called "outdate emails" from IPSbeyond, which worked really well, however, it's not compatible with PHP 8 and new versions. It blocked all email messages and asked for email change.

I've uninstalled apps that were disabled after the update, all data tables are present in db.

it's an old forum. running almost 20 years, so it's time to make some cleanup

files I can delete, but in Admin CP I have 53 3rd part hooks, and most of them ale linked to non existing files.

I've have a lot of old hooks, that are left over from outdated plugins, how I can delete them?
