Yes, I also want reactions in PMs, and it would be very nice to have. I've often caught myself wanting to react to a PM, only to be brought back to reality when I realized I cannot do so. I personally am involved in many long private conversations involving several people, and it would be great to react to individual messages the same way you can do in the forum. In fact, it seems like an odd omission not being able to do so. Greetings, I purchased this application and I'm working on setting it up. First, is there any documentation on how to use this? I've basically stumbled my way through setting it up. I think I have it mostly setup correctly, but trying to get the widget working. I created an invite in Discord, then added an invite using that code in the settings. And then edited the widget to select that invite. The first time I clicked on the widget, I was able to click the "Login to Discord and Accept" button, which brought me here: When I clicked "Authorize", it ends up just reloading this same page. And continues to do so each time I click Authorize. I then received an email from forum with the following error: I already had a Discord account and it looked like it correctly linked them, as when I tried to use the widget again, it states I'm already a member of the server (which is true). However, obviously I'd like to fix the issue where it just keeps reloading the same Discord authorization page. Also, it seems to show the invite code in the bread crumb, which I certainly do not want: The invite code is also in the URL for this page. I'd much prefer that the invite code be hidden, as we only want people to join (for now) from within the forum, and not sharing this code elsewhere. It doesn't look like Discord exposes this code on the authorization page. Do I have something configured wrong? Thanks in advance for your help.

It would be really nice if you could "Gift" a digital purchase to another forum user (or someone who hasn't signed up yet by using their email address) in the Downloads application. I think this would get quite a fair bit of use on my site. ..Al

Thanks for the response. I see it does the same thing here, never noticed that before. Wish this was an option -- this just looks confusing to me, and is not the sort of thing I expected to see after buying the file. I am absolutely going to be asked, "Why does it still show the purchase button after I already bought the file?" I can see the case for someone wanting to purchase multiple licenses for a file, but I'd rather see a "Gift" option where you can purchase a license for another member of the forum. Many digital stores offer this, and it's something I've used numerous times in the past when purchasing licenses. And it's definitely something that would get used by people on my site. After setting up the payment options and permissions, I uploaded a new file, set the price to $15, and purchased it using a credit card. After doing so, I see the "Download this file" button, but I also see the, "Buy Now - $15.00" button, even though I've already purchased the file. Why is this button still visible? I don't touch accounts that haven't email validated yet, and I was unaware that there's a separate table with minimal information before the account is email validated. I understand the feature. But after they email validate their account, it has been created, right? I don't care about accounts that haven't yet been created because the user has not email validated their account. So, since you are looking at a separate table, this app will not display content for users who have email validated their account? Thanks, ..Al

That's interesting. I only care about accounts that have been email validated, at which point I then will look the account over before approving it or deleting it (if it's an obvious spammer). At that point it looks like the account has been created in the database, as I can certainly see the username and all the other information one would expect.

Just curious why you don't display the member's name in the content viewer? This would make it a bit easier to identify the user in question. Also, having that username as a link to the user's page in the ACP would be useful as well. Thanks!

I'm interested in purchasing the Duplicate Member Logger, but I'm curious how users are fingerprinted so you can identify duplicate members? Did you write the 3.4.x application of the same name? I was using that on my 3.4.x forum and it worked well, at least until browsers started disabling Flash by default! Now that I'm on 4.x, I'd like to use this again if it provides meaningful results. Just purchased this, thank you for writing it! My users will be happy to have more interaction with the widget, instead of having to visit someone's profile to reply and view replies. I'm having some issues, though. In the ACP, the "Enable Reactions?" settings don't seem to stick when I click "Save". I cannot turn them off, and I would like to do so to clean up the display a bit and make it more compact. It's also not honoring the "Truncate Status" and "Truncate Status Reply" options. They are set to Disable, but the status updates and replies are being truncated in the status widget. I did toggle the "Always Expanded" option off, and that one did stick and seems to be working. A few minor layout changes I'd like to see: Don't indent the replies nearly as much. Likewise, left-justify the reply with the avatar shown above it. Possibly don't display avatars for the replies. The goal with these changes would be to prevent the username from not fitting on the same row as the timestamp (it sometimes gets pushed below), and to allow for more room for the reply text, as right now it's in a fairly narrow column. I'd be fine if the timestamp was put underneath the name/avatar, which would greatly help in preventing the username from getting pushed down and give a more consistent appearance. Now that I've been using this a few days, I think the filtering needs to be more flexible. For instance, I'd like to be able to mix and match the following: One or more Item Types (in my case, these are Bug, Suggestion, or Theme Issue) One or more Priorities (High, Medium, Low, for instance) One or more Statuses (Open, In Progress, Declined, Complete, as examples) Items Assigned to [choose a user, default to me] Items Created by [choose a user, default to me] This would be considerably more flexible than what's available now, where you can only choose from one item type or "Only Open Items", "Open Items assigned to me", "Created by me", and "Open items created by me". I'd also like to set defaults for the filtering, so I can hide "Completed" items by default so they don't get in the way of stuff I need to do, but I and others can still take a look at items that have been closed to get a history of what's been completed, declined, marked as a duplicate, etc. I ran into this as I wanted look at any Open "Bugs" with a High or Medium priority, sorted in by highest priority first. It seems that you should be able to select one or more statuses you wish to view, and be able to do the same with Priority. So I could see just "High" and "Medium" priority items with a status that isn't "Closed" or "Finished". While also being able to filter on items assigned to me and/or created by me. Greetings! I bought this some time ago for my 3.x forum, and I just installed it on my 4.x forum. I appreciate your continuing this application, and it has some nice improvements over the earlier application. One change I'd like to see is the ability to suppress the grouping of "Staff" members at the top of the members list shown on the right when viewing the full maps page. I'd prefer that any "Staff" members be mixed in with everyone else alphabetically using a "Members" header. Thank you! ..Al

I've purchased this, installed it on my forum, created a few projects and entered a whole slew of issues. At this point I'm only using it to track issues with my website (the main website which contains a large games database, the forums, and online store). But I will open this up to homebrew game developer as well so they can use it for project management and bug tracking. I have a few suggestions after using it for the past hour: When creating a new issue, add a "Save and Reload" button, and change the "Save" button to go back to the issues list. This will make it easier to add a bunch of issues all at once. When creating a new issue, add drop-down for Status so you can immediately set the status to something other than "Open". Default to "Open", of course. When viewing an issue, please add "Status" drop-down so you can easily change the status without having to click on "Change Details". For the Issues list, I'd much prefer if the Status and Priority were separate columns so they were all lined up nicely. It's a bit cluttered at the moment. With these sitting underneath the Type and Title. Make display of project cover photo optional? Either globally for the entire app or on a per-project basis. I don't see any way to disable this now. If you don't have a project photo selected, you just get a bit, empty, dark box. Would really like the ability to link directly to a project category and only display the projects inside that category. For instance, I have a category for issues related to my website, and within that category are three projects (Main Site, Forums, Store). I want to link to this category from within the forum, and I don't want the other project categories to be visible in this case. That's all for now. I manually validate forum accounts after they've gotten past CleanTalk and email validation, because spammers will still get through. If it's an obvious spammer, I will just Delete the account, so glad to see you added that option. I am about to move from 3.4.8 to 4.4.x. I have modified my 3.4.x ACP so that when validating members, I can click links to: Search Username in Google Search Username at StopForumSpam.com Search IP in Google Search IP at whatismyipaddress.com (example, https://whatismyipaddress.com/ip/255.255.255.255) - shows geographic location and if a known proxy server is being used. Search IP at StopForumSpam.com Search email address in Google Search email address at StopForumSpam.com I'd buy this plugin in an instant if you add this functionality, especially as it would save me time having to jump into the ACP to validate users. Even better would be one link that opened all of the above in separate tabs (not sure how possible that is). Here's what this looks like in my ACP (blurred out the username, email and IP).. I'd also find this a useful tool to help combat those who cannot conduct themselves in a civilized manner on my forum. Yes, you can ban people outright, but oftentimes they will create more accounts to try and bypass the ban. While some people will realize they are shadow banned, not all would, and if a troll feels they are ignored, they may move onto greener pastures. If you have such a plug-in made, I'd be glad to help contribute to the cost. Otherwise I'll probably write this myself once I get familiar with developing for 4.x. ..Al

Yeah, I plan on doing some reorganization of my forums when I move to 4.x, and not being able to mass move topics between forums is going to be a big headache. Or anytime when I create a new forum and want to populate the new forum with the result of a search (something I've done many times in the past).
