It has come to my attention that today the XBox Live API was down causing gamertag data to become invalid. As a result, the scheduled task which clears invalid gamertags and gamertag data from your installation may have removed your members gamertag from their profile. At this time the XBox LIVE API is back up and running, and you should be able to re-add gamertags to your system. I am also currently working on an update which will detect if the API is experiencing problems to prevent removal of gamertags appearing invalid due to API errors.

There are some settings but no permissions for groups or individual users, you can change the default page by editing the php files i guess but not got them to hand at the moment. Theres an update coming soon which will have forum achievements and clans, so already working on a permission system, could add a setting to change the default landing page to if you like.

each of the hooks should add new settings group for displaying the number of listeners or not, you should be able to turn off any of the stats that are shown (in global bar and radio panel. honestly though, in regards to it only showing the number of members you have as the tune in count, i cant see any connection between the two, if guests are listening and members are listening but you are only seeing a number that represents the members, then its got to be something to do with the shoutcast server, this processes all the data for listeners and so on. It might only be showing the unique listeners, so multiple connections from the same IP would only count as one, but that all depends on hwo yoru shoutcast is set up, its all done there.

the listener count doesnt interact with the members on you forum in any way, its simply read from your SHOUTcast server and displayed on your forum. If you have the setting "Force Guests To Login" switched on then guests wont be able to connect to the automatic livestream player. additionally, if theres a delay it maybe the radio cache, by default the data only updates every 15 seconds when the radio cache is enabled, try turning the cache off and se if that helps.

I like this skin alot, there is however some problem with the IPB version. Its linking to pages that dont exsist and has no app navigation and hard coded arabic (i think) text. very nice though, was thinking about using this for a charity forum we are setting up, but above problems prevent me from doing so. Great work.

going back to your first post.... my.cnf.... max_connections=500 ... 500 active members = 500 connections to the database if they are all truly active, plus guests, bots and so on. the slow down could be MySQL waiting for a one of the connections to finish. if suddenly everyone starts hammering the refresh button because its running slow mysql will suddenly be pounded with connections causing it to lag even more.

sorry i wasnt even aware that this topic exsisted I think the issue has been resolved. Media - its for use with the Bouncy Radio Center application only. This application however works with almost all SHOUTcast providers.
