I’m going to add an ACP module with some filters (joined date, last visit date, group, posts, etc.) then people will be able to choose members based on their own criteria and it will update all selected members.

About This File
This plugin will create a specific rule for the forums you want, so users of specific groups, set by the administrator, must agree before they are able to create topics.
Global Settings:
Number of days to expire the cookie Cookie prefix. If you want everybody to agree again to your rules, just change the cookie prefix Per Forum Settings:
Enable the plugin in the forum Message style: option to choose between 4 predefined styles Groups that will be required to agree to the rules Rule Content The rule content is translatable, which means that you can use a specific message for each language you have installed on your board.

I don’t remember any new feature to accomplish this so create a new stream, set it as default and choose all type of content, including topics, and use the option to narrow by forums and choose all forums, except the ones you don’t want their topics to be listed. All the other streams will remain showing these forums.
To mention only one disadvantage, you will have to remember to add new forums when you create them, otherwise they won’t show up in the stream.

A suggestion, if I may. To enhance communication and avoid situations like that, it would be helpful to create a topic in Developer Connection every time a new version will break something.
For example:
At least to me, it isn't clear that will break all apps without extensions.json. It may be to others, but it isn't to me.
That would help the 3rd-party dev community to update their resources during the beta stage.

Disable all of them. Upgrade. Enable one and see how it goes in front end? Broke? Disable and try to contact the dev. Try another.
It may help if you post the list of applications you have. We can probably tell what may break.

All my apps were updated a week before 4.7.15 release (due to that) and uploaded right after the official announcement.
