I'm working on a plugin to give more power to the club owner on front-end:
1 - You can add a specific or all members from a group as MEMBERS in the club:
2 - You can change the club ownership:
3 - Change the club type:
@Morrigan, I'll try to add this:
Any other suggestion?

One time action. That would require an app so I could use the MemberSync extension, but I don't recall a onGroupChange or something method.

Nice... I was hoping a revamp in the index. Guess we won't have it for now.
Choose categories is a must.

Nice addition.
I need to ask: will this be integrated to other apps (like Downloads, Pages and 3rd-party) or is this just a Forums thing? I mean, the sidebar block itself, where you can select multiple forums to list topics.
Tks.

Of course, that's not what I meant.

And that's the problem. No one, except them, does. So anything they say, it's said.

We should be able to exclude groups or users. The founder of a forum, for example, will probably have more reputation than another admin and maybe he doesn't want to appear in the leaderboard.
One example here on IPS is the IPS NEWS account! There's no sense in display it there: https://invisionpower.com/topmembers/

Yes - 3.4.9 has this setting too in Nexus, but it doesn't seem to have the desired effect - users can sign up, they are put in the Validating group, and for all intents and purposes are signed up, but cannot do anything based on my restrictions on that group.
My point here is I would want them to have a confirmed purchase before they are able to access the site and be assigned to a group, and force them to purchase a package. I think this new feature will help in the fact there is a reminder to "complete your profile", so if it is not possible the way I describe, this will hopefully mitigate the unfulfilled user issue I have now.

Of course. The system is built on application extensions, so applications can create their own steps.
We will provide developer specific updates soon on how to integrate with this feature, and others in 4.2.

I understand, but I also make the user validate their email AND require admin approval.
This would allow them to register, validate their email, put in whatever gibberish they want in the required field and spam the site until I log on and view the posts.
I really like making registration easier and will use it on one site, but not another.

As long as I still show up 5,000 times on the Leaderboard, everything is okay.

That is what we really need cause we try to build a reward system based on Leaderboard and we definitely don't want admins, moderators appear in the list. To achieve this I have disabled reputation on these groups but this is not quite good cause eveyone asks why they can not like our posts..

Very much expected as the leaderboard was dominated by a group of staff
What about excluding staff or a group of users from leaderboard ? At least we would be knowing who gets most reputation other than .... @Lindy ?
