It's hardcoded. Open files that begins with sos31_othersgroups_global_***.php and sos31_othersgroups_profiles_***.php in your hooks folder and search for Others.

It's not related to this hook. You can flag him as spammer or user others hooks out there to prevent double registration.

Hey Robert, how and where is it displayed ? You posted only screenshots from settings. :) EDIT: NVM; just installed.
New version is available on my board for months, withou file edit... I will translate and post it here, maybe tomorrow.
