Same happened to me last week when I upgraded a client’s board from 4.1.19.4 to 4.7.9. Not sure it was exactly there or these queries, I ran manually 3 or 4 times, always asking for the same queries, then I opted to run via upgrade and then it went ahead.

I have no private message from you; at least I didn’t find it on a quick search. Anyway, development stopped when I first hear about the IPS app a couple of months ago or so. Due to a current rule for marketplace submissions, we cannot recreate things added by IPS. I imagine that something that was built to add value to their cloud’s packages would be definitely not acceptable so I didn’t even try to talk to them via Contact form, as Matt already said a couple of times. Matt also said that they will rewrite the marketplace submissions rules, so up till there, I won’t do anything.

Take a look via PHPMyAdmin in your core_queue table. There's a column called app. If you find a record there related to (cms or Pages), you will have to delete it manually from there, as you didn't uninstall Pages (you removed it).

Also, there will be, probably, records in other tables, such as core_follow, core_reputation_index, core_permission_index, etc. Basically, that's not the right way to do it... Make sure you make a backup of your database before you touch it.

You would need to delete the correspondent row from the core_applications table and clear the cache after that. That will make it no longer appear.

This plugin has only 2 versions so far and in both it is limited to board creation date. I sent you a message back in 2020 and probably this specific version didn't have it but the official has.

You have a missing CSS as I told you. I don’t have this issue as you can see on my video installing it from the marketplace. Send a message with an UNRESTRICTED admin account and I’ll take a look when I’m able to.
