Ok, than have you tried all the standard procedures to check out if the error is by plugins, style? First you could try if it occurs with the default theme, after try disabling all plugins and check if the error is still there.

If posted or not posted by your user, this image is definitely in his signature as you can see in the image posted by Jim above. He has taken this screenshot from the signature of your user on your site. So just remove it by your self in the acp or ask the user to remove it. Problem solved. If you still don't believe it just add the image URL into the editor here and you get this:

Definitely not. Since it is now possible to post again records and the bug is primarily cosmetic in nature, the fix is no longer urgent.

Well, since there was no more activity from your side I investigated the issue by myself and found out that a custom field was causing this error. In detail, the permissions were set: First line is permission for administrator and second for the other user groups giving the error I described above. If grant other user groups permission for "Add content to field" it's not throwing out the error. But I don't know why this happend at all because before server changing this setting as you can see in the image was never causing any issue. So I would see this as a bug.

Just seen, applications keep their status. If they are deactivated they stay deactivated after upgrading. Then this might be a bug if it is intended to behave like plugins. 😅
