  1. Okay folks. Updating the conf_global file seems to have fixed the issue. I really appreciate the input from each of you. I also appreciate the patience as I learn this new (to me) system. Thank you all!
  2. That might be my problem. I didn't originally load the software, so I don't have first hand knowledge of its file structure. I have been maintaining the site for years, but I suppose this is the first time I have had to track down a file like this. I am in IT, so I know this sounds bothersome and lazy, but its not my field.
  3. It is effecting Chrome users mostly. I am hosted by GoDaddy and while I find their tools easy to use, I cannot find the conf_global.php section. Is this something you can help me narrow down? I truly appreciate this help. The ACP part I know well.
  4. I have at least one user who claims to not be able to get past the first page of any thread. In fact, I just tried my own user account and I seem to be experiencing the same. Has anyone dealt with this before? I have reset the users password, cleared cache, and the problem persists. I am running Invision Community v4.7.13. In the support section, I show 0 critical issues. I appreciate the help. Shane
  5. Title says it all. Host changed my IP address and site is down. I guess I did not bookmark the admin control panel direct url, so I can't access it. Any help?
