I have an older version of IPB and I am getting ready to upgrade, but I just noticed that the admin panel won't load no matter how I try to access it. All other functions work as far as postings and forums, but I am unable to maintain the site in anyway without access to the admin panel. It keeps giving me...

If anyone knows how to fix this or even where to look, please let me know. Is there a way to just go ahead and upgrade and allow the upgrade to install a working database? I could really use some help figuring this one out as I have no backups that have a working admin panel to restore to.

I  found the answer.. clearing the caches from the support link in the upper right corner of the Admin Panel

Its working fine now, it had something to do with the skin.  I switched to default ipb skin and it was working properly, I switched back and it was working on my ibtheme skin.

hi. on your demo SuperDirectory you use filters to search the content. In the typography guru site.  How is that added, I created two select fields , with multiple filters (key value), Ive checked the option to use the fields for filtering.

I was then adding the Database Filter to the page , drag and drop,     when I edit the database filter I only have an option to display phone, tablet, pc ,

should it pick up the fields available for filters ?  would my board, being a subdirectory /forum  cause any problems .

If I create a Subscription that moves a member up to "Gold Member" from "Member"  .   I can also choose to have the new Gold Member auto joined to a club?  Is that correct?

One subscription, grants extra permissions for a newly created Gold Member and auto joins members into a closed club

Mine keeps returning an error, page not found,  Is there any documentation on the plugin, .. In your demo you include a Icon in the display, I assume you are adding code into the description,?  Is there a place that has the css code classes for the board..

How do you setup the search in SuperDirectory ? 

I tried the republish, but It wouldnt bring the menu back, the re-install put back the default menu, and the pages and external links were gone.  I will read your installation instructions better next time.. thanks

that fixed the search ,, but it wiped out my menus and Support Ticket system, Do I need to recache something to bring back all that work..

hi. I just updated and didnt delete the css files first.   so I deleted them and reupdated the theme and my search box dropdown wont retract.  It wouldnt retract after I did the update also.
