  1. Long time no post! 👋 Just checking in, going a bit against the grain - absolutely no issues with the price increases or changes to the support structure. Communication could have been a bit better handled (a bigger warning before things coming into effect), but none of us are perfect.
  2. Rikki, the only information I have been able to get from my users who have got this issue is that they are using the RTE editor.. I'm tempted to say it's something to do with the way it's called into the page and is then hidden, rather than being hidden, then called when required (unless that is how it is already.. in which case, this whole post is useless)
  3. Providing you have an active license, you can view the project forum here: http://forums.invisionpower.com/forum/430-community-skin-projects/ :)
  4. Unfortunately, we cannot replicate 100% the style of fonts due to IPB3 working with text, rather than images. We have attempted to make them as close as possible to the originals, however, just by using CSS. :)
  5. You've got a slight issue with your examples anyway. ;) OS X 10.5.9 is NOT Snow Leopard. It is still Leopard, which is the 10.5 series. OS X 10.6.x is Snow Leopard.
  6. I upgraded from Beta 4 -> B5 -> RC1 -> RC2 -> 3.0.0 -> 3.0.1 -> 3.0.2 on my site and have not had such problems. A few of my members were unable to use the new emoticon panel after I edited the JS file for something... but the default package had no issues. I quite literally would, submit a ticket. You seem to have a semi-isolated issue.

    Spam service

I don't. I think the way it is currently is fair. All license holders pay $50 a year to get access to the latest IPS services, along with Support and upgrades. Pretty simple really. :P

    Spam service

I see it this way: -- Standard/Business holders are current license holders, and get it for free. ($50 a year total payment with Spam service) -- Perpetual holders are still paying IPS for service, so get it discounted. ($50 a year total payment with Spam service) -- Lifetime holders are not paying IPS anything, so have to pay the full amount. ($50 a year total payment with Spam service) All comes out fair when you look at it. ;)
  9. You do realise Wolfie, that as it's only a skin, most bugs you will find just by using it on these forums? ;)
  10. 3.0.2 is perfectly fine now. The issues have all been fixed in the patched version. It's only Shoutbox having issues now, which I am semi-working on now. :)

    Board Emails

Well, I've changed email to my personal address for a couple of days... I'll see if that makes a difference. I'll bump this topic if it doesn't. I'll put it down to a hotmail issue then. And I'll eventually get you guys to merge the accounts... I just need to remember what account(s) they are. I haven't logged into them for years! Edit: Right, I've found them (3 plus this one - oops!). Who do I PM - or do I submit a ticket?

    Board Emails

Yeah... They haven't changed since around October last year, either. I have a GMail account - it's just linked to another account I have on these forums before I bought a license. ;)

    Board Emails

I'd love to... The issue I have is that I don't have another email address apart from another hotmail one. ;) I'll give that a go... doesn't solve my PM issues though. :/

    Board Emails

Any suggestions then for myself and AM? I'm on a hotmail address if that makes a difference....

    Board Emails

Yes, I've checked all folders. That was my first port of call.

    Board Emails

Not sure if I am the only one.... but I don't seem to be getting any emails sent from this board (PM notifications, Watched topics + forums). It's been a few days now, and I originally put it down to a technical hitch, but now it's got a bit annoying. ;)
  17. Isn't that a bit of a strange way to find out a success rate? Trusting a 3rd party site who rank websites using some random algorithms that probably mean nothing to anybody doesn't show how good a company is.

    Documentation

PHPDoc would do me nicely. ;) I can't seem to get it to create at all. :(
  19. I think Charles is on something today... He's lying to himself a lot. ;)
  20. I think Nimdock has got it bang on! A new purchase-able service for perpetual and lifetime holders that is $20 a year for all new services you plan on offering now, and in the future. Perpetual have the opportunity to pay $30 a year for support or $50 a year for support + services.... both can have different renewal dates if needed, it's two different 'products' As for the Lifetime holders, they can just choose to add on the services license, which is $20 a year, or $50 if it has to match. Sorted. I think that covers most of the issues, and a fair deal for everyone? I know that if I was a perpetual or lifetime holder that I'd be happy with these terms... makes a lot of sense: you are still contributing to paying for the service (the same yearly fee as a current standard), but your license terms remain in tact.
  21. Integrate the calls to IPS into the Converge registration. If registration is not done through IPB or an Application itself, then surely registration through Converge, then logging into IPB will bypass the spam check? I also think if it could also be added to non-IPS applications via Converge would be a good idea, but is that a bit out of scope?
  22. Is there a possible view to integrate this with Converge in the future? I could see that also being a good idea
  23. Guarenteed support is 48 hours (2 days) so tbh, you can't actually complain about support times. I personally feel that IPB are doing bloody brilliantly to actually stick within that 2 day timeframe for most tickets, especially considering all the upgrades/problems/conversions that always happens with a new version. :)
  24. I'm predicting a 2nd week of August release at the latest. CCS..... Last week of July But, I've already got a pre-pre-pre-alpha copy of IPB 10.2. It has identical features and looks of 3.0.1, but with a different version number on the bottom. You guys are really behind the times. :P
