The main disadvantage and biggest obstacle in using this forum is the overload of other information. This is not strictly a forum dedicated only to add-ons (skins, etc.), but generally just an addition to other content. I don't feel comfortable on this forum at all.

Did you buy the Cloud version maybe? Then there is no way to direct access to the DB I am afraid.

The only way to back up or download the whole DB is contact with IPS Team.

Yep. Anything that deletes the content of the table instead of deleting the table itself. 😉

I suggest you to truncate that table named ibf_core_sitemap, make the upgrade and rebuild sitemap at the end.
