Unused "mt_is_draft" & "mt_hasattach" columns in "core_message_topics"

As per the title, the core_message_topics table contains two unused columns: mt_is_draft and mt_hasattach. They aren't used anywhere as far as I can tell.

It must be a legacy column back from 2.x where we could save PM drafts before sending them.

    The table also contains 2 columns for the same start date:

    • mt_date

    • mt_start_time

    Since the value is the same for all rows, one should be dropped to cut down on (useless) duplicate data.

    The mt_is_deleted column also seems unused. 🤔
