Unable to edit events

Logged in as Administrator, I no longer seem to be able to edit other people's posted events in the Events Calendar - the option no longer shows.

For example, here is the actions menu for an event a member has posted - showing no edit option:

I can edit events I have posted as Administrator. Here's the menu for an event that I, as Administrator, have posted - showing the Edit option:

Also, it seems I am unable to edit any events posted via an ical feed link too.

Question also: Should an ical feed link pull in an image also? I don't get any images pulled in via the option. Not sure if this is a bug, or something to request?

    the ical feed would just pull the event its date and description.

    With this, check you have permission to edit all calendar items. For this you need to check members>Staff>Moderators. While I understand you're an administrator, admin permissions are back end permissions. Moderator permissions are front end permissions. In order to have full access everywhere, you need full admin and full moderator permissions

    If you are then still unsure, please provide me with the name of the person you are logged in as, so I can take a look

    I've checked Members>Staff>Moderators and everything under Calendar is enabled.

    The admin user is SheffieldForum, if you wouldn't mind taking a look for me?

    I've not changed any settings around this to my knowledge and could edit other member's events in the past (usually to add an image, hence the secondary question!), but the ability seems to have disappeared at some point in the last couple of months (I think).

    For pulling in images (appreciate this may be a seperate topic), is it a feasable request to pull in images too? I've worked with (other!) software that can do that from a calendar feed link before, so believe it to be a possibility.

    There's a setting called "Prevent changes to past events" which was enabled
