Translations not refreshing without clearing cache

Doesn't happen with all translations. So far I've noticed that phrases inside widgets (?) either don't refresh, or refresh once after changing the text and any subsequent changes to the phrase require cache clear before they are visible.

Example phrases where it happens:

  • whos_online_users_empty

  • stats_most_online

    Yes, blocks are cached. So clearing cache may well be required in those circumstances. While I havent gone back and tested, I imagine that would happen on version 4 too
