Hi,

In the forum listing the topics will show as a random date (unix timestamp not parsing correctly?). When click on the actual topic the dates show correctly.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.

We look forward to further assisting you.

Hi Marc,

Should be updated now!

I unfortunately can't provide FTP or Database access due to other customers being on the same servers. But I can provide a DB export if necessary.

We can take a look on the admin side to see if there is anything obvious, but Im unable t replicate our end, and unfortunately without ftp access, we're a little limited on options. Lets get in the ACP first though, and see whats happening there.

Please update the access to allow admin CP access.

Hi Marc,

I'll look into setting up a separate FTP user for you.

I've granted the "Invision Team" user AdminCP access

Thank you Marc! This must've been something that was fixed in 5.0.4 then, I had emptied cache several times on the last version and had this issue.

Thank you for your help again.
