Theme Resource images present but blank

I noticed that my theme's image files suddenly stopped showing. In the Manage Resources section, the files are still present, but when you click on them they are blank!

    Happened after updating the front CSS page, then Saving the changes. The images just disappeared on the front end and when I checked they were still there, this is what I saw. The CSS was still there. Obviously could re upload the images but currently restoring my Macrium Reflect backup, but if it happens again, I’ll update accordingly.

    Theme editing on IC5 is a buggy experience, once you spend some time with it. 🙂
