Anyone else unable to edit themes?

If I try to open the Theme Editor all I get is a 404 Not Found error. I got to believe this is an outlier. Any suggestions?

I would check to see if you are getting anything showing in your server error log, and also upload a fresh set of files from your client area first of all

Could you try creating a new theme, and then testing? If not, please update all access details on file

I already tried making a new theme. Didn't work.
I just tried changing permissions back and forth, and then making a new theme, still getting the 404.
Do you have any other ideas?
And thank you for helping me figure this issue out. 🙏

Apologies for the late reply. I was traveling internationally. Wiped everything again and rebuilt. Working now.
