When I set a specific language as the default, it is not applied for guests English is still loaded by default for them. This is incorrect behavior, as setting a language as default should apply it to everyone who visits the site.

The code auto-detects the user's browser language and assigns the matching language pack. You must disable the setting in ACP on the page to manabe the languages.

The problem is that I have the English language pack disabled and only the local language is available.

I guess is that this is cached on your end. I'm not seeing your site in English as guest

Yes, you're seeing it that way because I completely disabled the English language. This happens when I have two languages enabled and my local language set as the default. In that case, the guest gets English set automatically I tested it in an incognito tab.

If you have 2 languages enabled, as mentioned by terabyte above, it will auto-detect the browsers language and match accordingly.
