Reset template during software import/update

When I upgraded to the stable version, some default templates disappeared, e.g., /fronts/global/globalTemplate – I don’t have it at all. Even when I try to create a new theme, it’s still missing. When I try to import a theme that contains template hooks, they are not imported even though the XML has the entries.

    Thanks, I'm having some trouble with the FTP. It keeps prompting for the password, or times out when listing a directory. Is there anything I should be doing?

    My beta version never got the correct new templates for Pages; I had to copy the exact new template over (I did report and mention this).
