Problem with displaying reaction icons in the profile view

When I inspect the element of this reaction, I see the following URL. It is being added twice, as if duplicated. How can I fix this?

    I used modified reaction icons in version ic4, and after the conversion, only this error appears in the profile.

    on 5.0.4 still why no fixed. We can't see these icons at all in the user's profile.
