Poll disallows vote after viewing results (Widget)

This was mentioned as a bug a while ago I think, but when viewing a poll result first, you then don't get the option of being able to submit a vote after.

This was found using a sidebar poll widget, so it may work okay when viewing results in the actual topic first, but the bug exists on the widget.

Using version 5.0.7.
