New installation from 3.4 to V5: user cannot reply - error code 2C137/3

Hi, we managed to update the board to the v5.

Some old users with "old warnings" cannot post or interact with the forum. They got a message saing there is a warning or message they must read to go on, but there is none.

They got this error code 2C137/3

Can you help me ?

    Could you give an example of this, as it would usually indicate they are trying to create a pages database record they dont have permission for
