Nested "only see own topics" function broken

Hi!

I have kind of an odd issue which I am not sure is a bug or intended functionality

I have a forum category called "Player Support" which has a subforum called "Player Reports", this then has "Solved", "Pending" etc as below

• Player Support (Category)

  • Player Reports (Forum)

    • Solved (forum)

    • Pending (forum)

If I enable "only see own topics" in player reports, when it is also enabled in any of the subforums, administrators & moderators will not be able to see any of the topics in player reports.

I have unrestricted forum moderator access, so I do not think it is permission related.

So what I instead have to do is

• Player Support (Category)

  • Player Reports (Category)

    • Solved (forum)

    • Pending (forum)

    • New Reports (new forum category where you can only see own topics)
