Minor UI bugs (widgets, ACP)

1) at first sight both widgets look the same, but they have different html structure and some classes, which results in different size of profile image and different font size of points 😮

2) when there is a pagination in /admin/?app=forums&module=stats&controller=solvers, theres an extra border

3) some margin below the notification is missing

4) this notification should be above the table i guess 🤔 and when there is only one page without pagination, border radius at bottom is missing on the last table row 🤔
