Minor UI bugs (another mix)

1) when you want to set a warning to some user (from whichever location), all texts go orange until closing the dialog 🤔 and the dialog has broken layout of assigned point levels

2) change password card in secure account doesnt have proper design (2px border, missing ipsSubmitRow class for buttons, incorrect background behind content text)

3) double border in acp theme download

anyway im not sure why theres this section at all when there is a download button in theme list menu which could download that file directly 🤔

4) newly in the comment feed there are thicker top borders, but this breaks top border radiuses of outer card 🤔

5) this little login type image in applications/core/interface/logos/login/Instagram.png is quite big compared to others, it has 17 KB 😮 after using https://tinypng.com/ its size shrinks to only 5 KB

anyway this is the complete list of all logos there and all are available in fontawesome 🤔 (+ twitter file is duplicite to X)

    I've created a ticket for these, however check your CSS on the first one, as that one I cant replicate

    i dont even have remove customizations option on the default theme, i have no changes there 🤔 anyway i dont use any such orange color in my custom theme 🤔 but its definitely weird

    and i always use defaul theme for bug reports 🤔

    Someone else mentioned this earlier, so seems there is an issue somewhere. Could I ask what browser and version you are using? I can drop that in the bug report
