Please could you provide an example page I can look at? A video may also be helpful in understanding this one if possible?

As mentioned, please could you record what you are seeing, as I'm not understanding what it is you mean here. I understand I can log in, but its not clear what exactly Im looking at.

@Marc Go to the homepage, I have two widgets. When scrolling down, see how the top widget behaves it sticks not from the top title bar but from the second post.

We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section.
