Guidelines not showing in menu

i had to reset menu to defaults because after changing labels in 2nd language it disappeared completely from website (in acp it was fine), and since then its not showing guidelines item 🤔 its not hidden by custom css, there are only four li as you can see in code, but i tested it with default theme with same results too - no guidelines after menu reset 🤔 clubs are not showing too, but thats because i dont use them i guess 🤔

    What is your setting for site guidelines? Check the ACP under System -> Terms & Privacy Policy. If "Site Guidelines" is set to "none", this menu item won't show.

    it was set to none 😮

    maybe i found out what happened there 🤔 it wasnt a default menu item but a custom one named "gudelines" which disappeared after menu reset 😮 so sorry for incorrect report 😐
