Follow button missing from top level of Pages Databases

When you go into a sub category of a Pages Database such as here on this site, there is normally a Follow button:

e.g.

However, when you navigate back up to the top of the database there is no button, so you have to follow individual sub-categories one at a time in order to get update notifications.

    It’s how the framework works. You follow the container of elements, not a container of containers. Just like in the forums.

    But yeah, it’s not necessarily what a user would expect every time.
