Flood control prevents user from saving same post after quick edit

If a user wants to do some quick edit after sending a new post in this particular post (typo, formatting etc), it will block saving this edit too even though hes not creating any new post 😐

Flood control should prevent user only from creating new posts quickly after each other i guess 🤔
