Error in the warning issuance window

When we open the warning issuance window, all texts on the page turn yellow. Additionally, the warning issuance window itself is incorrectly styled.

    Please test on a default unaltered theme. If you are then still having issues, please post a screenshot of what you are seeing. Im not able to see any issues on this end

    Is very strange, but here does not occurs this.

    Im also not seeing this, however had another user who reported similar. That doesnt appear to be a default theme though

    When I get this view, I decided to inspect the element, and in the styles, I see something like this.

    I don't know why this is happening. I have third-party applications disabled and the default theme enabled. I'm using the latest version of Chrome on Windows 11.
