I've noticed posts don't always show correctly once edited, its been like this since the early betas.

If you make a post then click edit, change it a bit and save it. Then edit it again, (it may not show your edited version) then edit it and save. Refresh, edit it again. Just test it, and see if its working right as I'm not sure it is.

    Ive just been testing this, but Im not seeing any issues. Am I doing the same as you here?

    i wanted to edit some post and got stuck on 5.0.7 😐 after a while code hung error appears (at least in chrome), with default theme too

    Thank you for bringing this issue to our attention! I can confirm this should be further reviewed and I have logged an internal bug report for our development team to investigate and address as necessary, in a future maintenance release.
