Custom Theme Settings Types - URL, Radio and Other/Manual are missing

In IC5 when adding Custom Theme Settings the URL, Radio and Other/Manual form field types are missing.

Whilst URL could be replaced with Text (there is no validation being done to ensure the user is entering a URL) and Radio could be replaced with Drop Down select boxes, the Other/Manual field can't be replaced with anything.

Text Area (with the rich text editor) is also missing.

    This is working as intended. Custom theme settings are not the same as custom fields in other areas, and at the moment there are no plans to add field types.
