CSS changes not saving on second attempt in Theme Editor

After saving CSS in the theme editor, changes are not saved on the second attempt. To apply modifications, the user must copy the code, reload the page (F5), re-enter the theme editor, paste the CSS, and save again.

    I second that! I have noticed it and just saved then re-opened the editor. It is kind of annoying.
