Content Entries Without An Image Does Not Have A Clickable Image Area

When viewing tag pages, any entry that does not have a featured image (that seemingly uses the "ipsFallbackImage" div container) makes the image area unclickable. The user should be able to click the image area to visit the relative content item, whether an image has been added or not.

This mostly affects forum content, as you cannot currently add any featured image to a forum topic. Illustration below.
