Button "Save" when translating

During a translation, the "Save" button in the translation fields only works when you enter (translatet) text for the first time.

Example: You enter a translation and click on "Save". If you want to change the translaion again, you can no longer click on the Save button. The button can only be clicked again (once) after a page reload.

    Ive logged, but just to note, you dont actually need to use it. You can just move away from the field after changing, and it will save :)

    Yes, everything fine - I just wanted to report the behavior of the button, as it might cause problems maybe also on other places.
