Bulk mail filter doesnt work properly

when i set bulk email filter like this

1) it wont save and switches back to "Any time"

2) it shows people who were active today too even though it should show people who were active before more than a year 😐 in members filter this works fine

3) this filter should be called Member last activity - this is how its called in members filter 🤔
