Action bar for conversation multiselect not appearing after page refresh

Steps to reproduce:

1. Got to private conversation list at /messenger

2. Use checkbox to select one of the conversations

3. Action bar appear at the bottom with ability to delete/move the conversation

4. Refresh the page

5. The conversation is still selected but the action bar does not reappear.

When performing similar action in other places, like selecting posts in topic, after page refresh the action bar reappears on the bottom.
