[5.0.9] Live Meta Tag Editor Issues

The Live Meta Tag Editor has 2 issues:

1) The Custom Meta Tags select dropdown is unreadable unless you select the option:

2) The Stop Editing button at the bottom is invisible because the button inherits the color:
