[5.0.8] PM Inbox sidebar (left hand side on PC) overlaps Announcements (Title only/Floating bar at the top of the page)

Hello,

To reproduce this problem:

1. Create an announcement (ModCP) which is "Title Only (not clickable)/Floating bar at the top of the page" (other permutations might also cause the problem but I did not test them!).

2. Go to your PMs and go to your Inbox (so Inbox appears in the left hand sidebar)

3. Scroll down the page - the Inbox scrolls OVER the Announcement whereas everything else scrolls UNDER the Announcement.

Nobody has died 😉but it just looks weird!
