[5.0.0] "Add Similar Event" fails to fire UIItem::formElements (and presumably it does not fire any of the other methods in that extension)

"Add Similar Event" fails to fire UIItem::formElements (and presumably it does not fire any of the other methods in that extension)

Not sure what else to say - it just does not fire it!
