[B3-SH][Pages][Block] No templates at all

Sorry, Im not sure what you mean here. You can see the selector in your screenshot

there are no templates to choose from more than one basic template, the blocks
only show a heading on the content. looks very poor, now that we have all the options
with grids, wallpaper etc , selector has no template more then the basic, no option in page edit either
