What version are you upgrading from and to what version are you upgrading to? If you are upgrading from version 4.7 or lower versions to IC 5, have you run the requirement tool to make sure that your server meets version 5 requirements?

Can you also check your server error log and see if there are any recent messages logged in there that might give us a better idea as to what's causing the issue as the error message doesn't say which table has incorrect name.

The more details you post the better.

Hello,

So I restored the SQL database to an earlier backup and I can now access the Admin portal. I still can't update however. I am trying to update to version 4.7.22. Here are the errors I am getting in cpanel. It is just these errors repeating constantly. image.png

I still get this error when trying to update

These are more access errors than server errors. That is stating that those files do not exist which isn't the problem here.

Do you have any third party applications/plugins installed? Seems its entirely missing the table to run the query on.

I had the chatbox theme installed. I just uninstalled it, and now it lists this. I will try installing again tonight, and if that doesn't work, I'll get rid of the custom themes and try again
