Due to this, the "Create my Account" button is not working.

Do what it says in the error message. Check your settings at keycaptcha.com or switch to a different captcha service.

As mentioned above, it means you have an incorrect web address set within your keycaptcha account.

The captcha setting was we to keyCaptcha rather than reCaptcha. Not sure if this was accidentally changed.

Glad you worked it out. Just a thing to keep in mind; the more complex a CAPTCHA method is, the more difficult it will be for spammers and bots to get through.

Have you considered hCaptcha by any chance? It also requires registration however it is a free service up to 100,000 requests per month.

hCaptcha also gives the ability to change the difficulty so you can make it more robust. reCaptcha does not appear to be as effective, from what we have seen from customers
