Please can you add the ability to re-order/drag/drop categories and settings in AdminCP > Theme Settings?

Once created, we cannot reorder them without deleting and recreating them. If we could re-order them especially when after adding new ones , it would also be a better experience for end-users when they see them on the front-end Theme Editor.

Also, huge thank you for adding the ability to copy an existing theme setting or category. This is potentially a huge time-saver for theme designers compared to IPS4. 😄
