Feature request: Send a automated message after a user buys a subscription (Nexus)

Currently when a users buys a subscription service in InvisionCommunity (Nexus), there is no way of sending them an automated message as a thank you for their subscription and support and a way to feature all the perks that comes with the subscription. It would be great of this would be made possible.
