Posted June 3Jun 3 Hi,Apologies if I am missing something obvious...the web app has been set up in my forum dashboard and I was using it on my old phone. However, I have just changed mobile phones (Android) and I can't download the app onto my new phone. It doesn't appear on the Chrome browser as an option.I have gone into my phone Settings and enabled Security > Allow unknown source installations > Chrome. Is there something else I should do? Ideally I want to promote the app to my audience but can't do this if I am unsure of the steps myself.Thanks!
June 3Jun 3 Community Expert Not sure what you mean by “download”. Adding the PWA to your phone is done through the “Add to Homescreen“ option in your phone, which should appear using the default browser of the operating system. Is that not the case?
