Posted May 27May 27 Community Expert It seems that everyone who registers for my forum with anything other than a yahoo or gmail address cannot validate their email. I have tried with my various domainemail addresses and live.com addresses and also and alway get the same error. I have changed over to use the cloud email instead of send grid to see if that corrects the issue but to no avail. Not sure what more info you need please advise. May 27May 27 Community Expert Do you have any customised email templates at all, that may be causing you issues?
May 27May 27 Community Expert Unfortunately, your registration validation email template is indeed modified. You will want to update this manually or revert it back to the default. You can do this in ACP -> Customizations -> Emails.
