Posted May 26May 26 I am currently an administrator and moderator of the forum page http://dungeons.org.uk/forum. When I try to move topics from one subforum to another, I normally click on a checkbox corresponding to the topic and then see a menu appear near the bottom of the screen with a number of icons, including a right arrow for "Move". Normally I use this arrow to move the topics; however, when I try this now I get a pop-up error reading "There was a problem loading this content." I have gotten this error with Google Chrome and Microsoft Edge on my new computer as well as on Safari on my five year old iPhone (I also get the same error with other icons from that menu, or when I try to click the "link" button when writing a new post in the forum). Is there a way around this issue so that I can properly move topics around between forums? Thanks!
May 26May 26 Community Expert Have you tested this on a default unaltered theme, with all 3rd party items disabled in the first instance?

May 27May 27 Community Expert We would need to look further into this for you, however the access details on file appear to be incorrect or missing. Could you please update these details by visiting your client area, selecting the relevant purchase, then clicking "Review/Update Access Information" under the "Stored Access Information" section. We look forward to further assisting you.
May 27May 27 Author I have filled in the Admin CP URL box as well as the username and password in the Admin CP Access box. I left the host blank (which I presume means Invision?) and am not sure about what the .htaccess details are. Let me know if you need anything else!

You need to update your conf_global.php to have the URL be HTTPS. This may be impacting things which you are performing. Please get that corrected and we can explore further.
May 27May 27 Author Where would I find the relevant conf_global.php?The only conf_global.php that I found was in /home/dungeons/public_html but it appears to be an empty file that was last updated in February 2017. If that is the issue, it's surprising that it didn't come up until this month, more than eight years later! (I have only been an administrator for about four years; I discussed this with my predecessor and she was also unable to find the relevant file.)

May 28May 28 Author I'm not sure what changed, but as of right now the Dungeons forums seem to be behaving properly again!
May 28May 28 Community Expert Glad to hear things are now working properly. Please let us know if you have any further issues.
