Is there any easy way to:

1.) Delete quote box on mobile phone.

2.) Select and move whole box up or down in editor (both desktop and mobile)

You should be able to click after the quote, then backspace the same as you do on desktop to delete it

In the case of moving, you would usually move the content around the quote box, rather than the other way around. There isnt a method specific to moving quote boxes.
